Job summary

York Revolution is seeking a motivated Ticket Operations Intern to join our front office team at WellSpan Park in Ypsilanti, MI. You’ll gain hands-on experience in ticketing, sales, and game-day operations while supporting guests and staff during home games and events.

This paid internship offers a March–September schedule with a $1000 monthly stipend, housing assistance if needed, and direct exposure to revenue-generating activities and the fan experience in professional sports.

Qualifications

• Must be a recent college graduate.
• Experience with ticketing or sales systems is a plus.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Glitnir Ticketing system to conduct ticket sales and manage vouchers.
• Support season memberships sales and voucher packs.
• Assist daily operations of the Shipley Energy Ticket Office including nightly reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Provide front-of-house service: answer calls, greet guests, manage deliveries.
• Collaborate with the sales team on group and hospitality sales initiatives.
• Learn POS system and assist in Team Store operations.
• Participate in game day operations at WellSpan Park.
