Job Description

Seeking candidates with current experience in Tibco products who can develop/support as needed. Ability to lead a team of 3-5 offshore resources, consult with client’s L3 team, and update project requirements. Experience in manufacturing domain with 2-3 major projects is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support complex Tibco environments through tickets and project activities
• Manage daily client requests
• Coordinate and lead onsite/offshore teams
• Collaborate with client’s L3 Tibco/non-Tibco teams
• Own issues and ensure resolution
• Participate in project development from requirements to testing and support
• Guide troubleshooting efforts and act as single point of contact for Tibco issues
• Handle client escalations effectively
• Implement best practices and problem reduction techniques

Technical Skills

• Strong solution design in Business Process Management & Enterprise Architecture Integration
• Expertise in integration patterns and SOA principles
• Experience with complex XML schemas
• Develop and test SOA and BPM solutions on Tibco
• Knowledge of JMS, web services, XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP
• Integration with SAP R/3 or Siebel using TIBCO Adapters
• Experience with RDBMS and Oracle/DB2 integration
• Knowledge of at least 2 Tibco adapters
