Job summary

Cognizant in Chicago seeks a TIBCO Integration Lead to own the architecture, design, and production reliability of a complex enterprise integration landscape, collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will drive secure, compliant integration solutions, lead end-to-end design of APIs and middleware, manage vendor discussions, and ensure rapid, sustainable resolution of production issues while balancing performance and risk.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5/6 and Enterprise Message Service.
• API integration and management expertise: REST/SOAP, authentication, governance, secure connectivity.
• AWS experience and enterprise middleware ecosystems.
• Experience with MOVEit or similar managed file transfer platforms (SFTP/FTPS/AS2).
• Proven leadership, production support, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture across applications, integrations, middleware, servers, and databases.
• Design scalable, secure integration solutions and optimize platforms.
• Lead complex integration troubleshooting from source systems to targets.
• Drive vendor discussions and ensure issue resolution with clear outcomes.
• Resolve production issues, strengthen error handling and reconciliation.
