TechDigital Group in Bolingbrook, IL seeks an experienced Tibco integration specialist to deepen development on Tibco BW 6x, EMS, Kafka and related BW products, leading delivery on complex integration projects. You will implement SOAP/REST endpoints, JDBC connections, and SAP plugins, design SOA solutions, ensure security across the integration layer, and drive TEA GUI and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Tibco BW 6x development and lead experience.
• Experience with SOAP/REST, JDBC, SAP Plugin, MQ Adapter, FTP and TCP.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSD and integration transformations.
• Proven debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with TEA GUI and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design, develop and estimate integration requirements.
• Ability to implement security across the integration layer.
• Experience in designing SOA concepts.
• Design, maintain and support end-to-end applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Nice to have Apigee, MuleSoft, Container Edition.
• TIBCO BW Certification preferred.

• Architect and implement integration solutions across SOAP/REST, JMS, and database adapters.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and estimation of integration projects.
• Ensure security across the integration layer.
• Collaborate with teams on SOA design and TEA GUI/CI/CD workflows.

Job Description:

• Deep Development Knowledge on Tibco BW 6x, EMS, Kafka, GIT, Jenkins and other BW products.
• At least 2-4 years of hands on into Tibco BW 6x and lead experience.
• Strong implementation skills using SOAP/REST, JDBC, SAP Plugin, MQ Adapter, FTP, TCP.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD and other integration transformation concepts.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning skills.
• Experience in TEA GUI and CICD pipeline concepts.
• Strong programmatical skills to design, develop and estimate the requirements.
• Excellent skills in implementing security across Integration Layer.
• Good Experience in Designing concepts of SOA.
• Design, Maintain and support Applications in E2E platform.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Add on Skill with Apigee, MuleSoft, Container Edition.
• Preferred to have TIBCO BW Certified.
