Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to train clinicians in THV procedures and ensure successful device adoption. You will travel within an assigned territory, partnering with Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Education to deliver hands-on training and build clinical champions.

The role requires a clinical background with cath lab/OR experience, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously while supporting patient outcomes through expert device use.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-year clinical degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sterile cath lab or OR.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Train clinicians and staff on THV device use.
• Travel frequently within assigned territory to provide hands-on training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Education.
• Prepare cases, assist in THV procedures, and support implants.
• Develop clinical champions and grow THV therapy.
• Educate physicians and staff to achieve proficiency and positive outcomes.
• Assist in case management and device preparation as needed.
