Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate in Franklin, WI to provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming shopping experience. This is a part-time role with 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

You will greet customers, operate the register, balance the till, restock merchandise, and keep displays neat and safe. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and a team-oriented environment to support daily

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately.

• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop.
• Sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized.
