LISTEN Community Services in the Upper Valley region seeks a friendly, reliable Associate to support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and manage donations and merchandising.

You will assist shoppers, ring up sales, price items, help volunteers, and keep the store organized while upholding safety and confidentiality. This full-time position offers benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in nonprofit work and thrift store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases, pricing inquiries, and store policies.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and in adherence to policy.
• Assist clients with vouchers by answering questions, processing vouchers tactfully and maintaining client confidentiality.
