Job summary

M&M Management is hiring a Thrift Store Associate at Ohio River Blvd. This entry-level position offers both part-time and full-time shifts with real growth opportunities as we expand our stores nationwide.

You will work in two departments: Sales Floor and Backroom & Processing, handling transactions, merchandising, pricing, and stock organization while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make every transaction feel easy.
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming experience on the floor.
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Merchandise donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable.
• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging.
• Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry.
