Job summary

M&M Management in Azusa, CA is seeking an entry-level Store Associate to join our team. You can work part-time or full-time and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

You will work on the sales floor or in backroom processing, ringing up customers, restocking, and keeping the department neat and inviting. We offer health benefits, employee discounts, growth opportunities, and a 401(k) plan.

What you’ll do

We have two departments at this location that you could be considered for.

Sales Floor

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make every transaction feel easy
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming experience on the floor
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Merchandise donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable

Backroom & Processing

• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging
• Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry

Área de Procesamiento y Bodega

• Clasificar, inspeccionar y poner precio a la mercancía que llega de manera rápida y precisa
• Preparar los artículos para el piso de ventas organizándolos y etiquetándolos
• Mantener la bodega funcionando eficientemente para que el piso de ventas nunca se quede sin mercancía
