• Pricing and Merchandising: Price, stock, and merchandise display items for sale in the thrift shop to create an inviting and organized shopping experience.
• Store Operations: Open, close, and ensure the thrift shop operates properly during regularly scheduled hours, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Volunteer Coordination: Work closely with volunteers, providing them with guidance and support to assist in the operations of the shop.
• Financial Management: Maintain accurate receipts of all sales and donations. Ensure daily deposits are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly and polite demeanor, provide assistance and answer questions about merchandise and our mission.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist the manager in ensuring that the shop, offices, and bathrooms are clean and safe.
• Autonomy: Act independently and responsibly to perform job duties on a consistent basis, ensuring the thrift shop meets the needs of the community and supports our mission.

THRIFT ASSOCIATE Position Summary
