ARC Health invites applications for a 3-year couples therapy fellowship in Minnesota. This full-time, in-person program fulfills supervision and clinical hour requirements for independent licensure, with a cohort of therapists-in-training and opportunities to work with diverse couples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, psychology or related field.
• Enrollment in or graduation from a Master’s program in counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, psychology or related field.
• Commit to the entire 3-year program.
• Demonstrates cultural responsiveness and respect for diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Fellows will fulfill supervision and clinical contact hour requirements for independent licensure in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director/Fellowship Coordinator and practicum students.
• Engage in comprehensive couples therapy training with supervision and ongoing education.
