Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a Three’s Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. You’ll create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore the world, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills.

As a Three’s Teacher, design interactive activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth, maintain routines, and partner with families for ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A High School diploma or GED
• An associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Three’s Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.
