Job summary

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and education staff at a Dallas, PA site to support student growth and independence while maintaining accurate records and participating in IEP planning.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania OT license or eligibility.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to organize a dynamic caseload and prioritize needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional school participation.
• Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to the development and execution of IEPs.
• Collaborate with education teams and families to implement effective therapeutic strategies in the classroom.
• Document student progress and maintain confidential, accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and relevant school events to support student achievement.
