Job summary

EY is seeking a Threat & Risk Analyst to lead strategic and tactical threat intelligence for the Americas, partnering with Global and Regional Security teams to protect people, assets and reputation. You will monitor incidents, produce analyses, and brief senior stakeholders to support crisis management and security programs.

This role emphasizes open-source intelligence, collaboration with external agencies, and continuous improvement of threat assessment practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an analyst in security or related field.
• Experience in dynamic security environments; multinational experience preferred.
• Security or development certification (ASIS, MAX Security, CISS, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
• Spanish language fluency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents for area situational awareness related to security disciplines.
• Conduct all-source threat monitoring and analysis impacting company assets in the Americas.
• Produce tactical risk assessments and reporting on threats to assets.
• Collaborate with regional security personnel and business partners on incident response.
• Develop security assessments and incident reporting based on requirements.
