Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Threat Informed Defense Senior Manager to lead the technical and engineering core of a global threat intelligence program. You will structure, normalize, and operationalize threat data to drive detection, hunting, and response across Accenture's managed security stacks and client environments.

You will define how threat actors, campaigns, TTPs, malware, and telemetry are modeled across TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR, assess client defenses, and govern analytic tradecraft while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across cyber threat intelligence, threat-informed defense, detection engineering, threat hunting, or security operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams, including second-line leadership.
• 5+ years of experience with TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR and operationalizing intelligence content.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MITRE ATT&CK and modeling threat actors, campaigns, TTPs, malware, and infrastructure.
• 5+ years defining data structures, schemas, or normalization standards across multiple tools or teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the technical and engineering core of a global cyber threat intelligence program.
• Define threat data structures and standards for TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Assess client defensive capabilities, recommend improvements, and implement architecture and standards.
• Structure threat intelligence programs and govern analytic and engineering tradecraft.
• Travel may be required; amount varies with business needs.
