Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent with specialized experience OR Bachelor's/Master's degree with five years of specialized experience.
• Valid Top Secret/SCI clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience in threat finance, CTF, and interagency collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Threat Finance Intelligence (TFI) analysis and DoD/CTF activities.
• Collaborate with USG law enforcement and DoD organizations.
• Produce analytic products to support strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.
• Develop action plans, papers, and reports on threat finance networks.
• Brief DoD leadership and partner agencies on findings and recommendations.
• Assist in target packages describing adversary financial networks and vulnerabilities.
• Draft guidance and contribute to DoD policy and program documentation.
• Provide research and analysis to inform theater-wide TFI analyses.
• Support planning, organization, and coordination of interagency CTF activities.
