Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Threat Analyst - Junior to support identifying, assessing, and reporting threats to space assets and operations. You will monitor data sources, analyze indicators of adversarial activity, and help develop threat assessments under senior guidance.

This full-time on-site role is at a government facility in Virginia and contingent upon contract award. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or no degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of space operations, threat analysis, or intelligence principles.
• Familiarity with analytical tools or data visualization platforms.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data sources to identify potential threats to space systems.
• Analyze indicators of adversarial activity and emerging technologies affecting space operations.
• Support development of threat assessments and risk reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain situational awareness of global space activities and provide updates during critical events.
• Document findings and keep records in accordance with standards.
• Coordinate with mission operations and intelligence teams to validate threat information.
