• 1+ years of experience setting new jobs in thread tapping/rolling machines.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Set-up production jobs in thread tapping and rolling machines.
• Install tooling and verify setup runs meet specifications.
• Inspect tooling, replace worn/broken tools, and maintain tooling inventory.
• Prepare required documentation and maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Troubleshoot errors to maintain efficient machine operation.
• Read job specifications and engineering drawings to determine inspection requirements.
• Perform hourly and process containment checks as needed.
• Operate and monitor data tracking systems for production jobs.
