Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Lakewood, OH is seeking an Auto Roll Set Up Operator to join our precision fastening team. You will set up automatic feed flat die thread rollers and straighteners, adjust dies and related parts, and run production on these machines throughout the shift.

You will monitor production, move material, take measurements for quality, and keep the work area clean and safe. Prior experience with thread rollers and a readiness to learn are essential.

• Experience operating flat die thread rollers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and use measuring tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
