Qualifikationen

• 5+ years Thread Roll experience preferred, Aerospace fastener Industry experience a plus.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift/ carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of shift.
• Ability to work overtime if needed, including weekends if needed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Description (Operations, Machines, etc.):

• - Read and understand process instructions.
• - Set up and run thread roll machines including Reed, Waterbury, Hartford, in both automatic and hand-fed configurations.
• - Perform visual and manual inspection, using inspection equipment such as microscope, comparator, micrometer, tri-rolls, and various gauges.
• - Analyze and accurately interpret blueprints, customer drawings and industry specifications required.
• - Attention to detail with ability to think and act analytically and use mathematics to meet job requirements.
• - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• - Strong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• - Effective team member, willing to work and communicate with all levels of the business.
• - Excellent attendance record, including punctuality.
