Job summary

Motion Picture Industry is seeking a visionary Thought Leader to guide our direction by delivering innovative insights on industry trends and emerging technologies. You will shape strategy, influence key stakeholders, and champion best practices across the organization.

You will create thought leadership content, collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, and represent the company at conferences and events. Travel may be required to attend conferences and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise and deep knowledge in the field related to our business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to generate and articulate forward-thinking strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• A track record of published works, thought leadership articles, or speaking engagements is highly desirable.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement thought leadership strategies to position our organization as a pioneer and industry expert.
• Create and contribute to thought leadership content such as white papers, blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and act on business opportunities based on industry insights.
• Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for our organization at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, experts, and partners to expand our network.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
