Tufts Medical Center in Downtown Boston is seeking a Thoracic Surgeon to join its expanding team. The Division of Thoracic Surgery offers a robotic minimally invasive program and collaborative care with oncologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists to tailor treatment plans for complex patients.

Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery; Massachusetts license is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
• Massachusetts medical license required.
• Teaching and clinical research interests encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoracic surgical care for a wide range of conditions.
• Utilize robotic minimally invasive techniques in procedures.
• Collaborate with oncology, pulmonology, radiation oncology, gastroenterology and rehabilitation specialists.
• Educate Tufts residents and medical students in clinical practice.
• Engage in research partnerships with Tufts School of Medicine and Tufts University.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on inclusivity and collaboration.
