Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in medicine is required.
• Texas medical license to practice is required.
• Board certification or active pursuit of board certification in relevant specialty as defined by ABMS/BOS is expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform thoracic surgeries including minimally invasive and open lung resections.
• Treat benign and malignant esophageal diseases.
• Conduct endoscopic and open airway interventions.
• Execute chest wall reconstruction and diaphragmatic/pleural disease management.
• Participate in ECMO and lung transplantation program activities.
• Provide teaching to fellows, residents and medical students.

Formation

Doctorate Degree in Medicine

Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas

Currently board certified or pursuing board certification per ASBS/BOV-OB guidelines

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Thoracic Surgeon, specializing in Lung Transplants, to work at the Center for Thoracic Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas, Texas.
