Qualifications
- Strong clinical pharmacy background with focus on oncology.
- Solid knowledge of thoracic oncology pharmacotherapy and chemotherapy regimens.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize medication therapy for oncology patients.
- Develop clinical protocols and medication order sets.
- Participate in medication utilization reviews.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to pharmacy staff.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
