Job summary

Driven Distribution Group in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator/Relief Route Driver to support third-shift distribution operations, prepare and load customer orders, and operate powered material handling equipment. This hybrid role requires careful order verification, safe loading, and reliable route coverage.

You will inspect products, assist with unloading, perform pre-trip inspections, and deliver courteous service at customer locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehouse equipment experience and 1 year route delivery experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Forklift certification or training eligibility.
• Willingness to work third shift and relief route coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, organize, and stage orders using tickets or scanners.
• Inspect items for damage and accuracy; report discrepancies.
• Load trucks following routes and loading standards; assist with unloading.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Provide relief route coverage; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver courteous service at customer locations and complete paperwork.
• Follow safety policies and DOT requirements; keep work areas clean.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teammates; handle additional duties as needed.
