Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is seeking an FSQA Technician to guide production personnel on food safety practices and handle customer concerns with professionalism. The role supports GMPs, HACCP, and QA processes while performing audits and documenting results.

The position involves third shift hours (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cold, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior quality assurance experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable FDA regulations and GMPs preferred.
• Experience handling administrative paperwork and reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily monitoring to ensure GMP compliance.
• Train facility personnel on GMPs and HACCP programs.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections.
• Collect and analyze product samples as required.
• Document analytical results and report out-of-spec findings.
• Maintain records and report data trends to QA supervisor.
• Lead facility self-audits and host third-party auditors.
• Support changes to the food safety system with QA team.
