Job summary

Midwest Fitness Partners is seeking reliable custodial staff to help maintain clean, safe gym facilities in Allentown. You will thoroughly clean restrooms, locker rooms, equipment and floors, stock supplies, and report issues to the Club Manager.

This role involves some lifting and shift work in a busy fitness environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate punctuality, honesty, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work third shift, handle problems independently, and communicate

Qualifications

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work third shift is a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Diplomacy in all interactions with staff and members.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow Lost and Found Policy and return lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager.
