Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a 3rd Party Compliance Specialist to oversee vendor and service provider compliance with policies and regulatory standards. You will conduct audits, assess risks, and collaborate with legal, procurement, and operations to uphold integrity across partnerships.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in contract review, and knowledge of GDPR/CCPA.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or vendor management.
  • Experience with contract review and compliance auditing.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit third-party relationships to ensure policy and regulatory compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Review and enforce company policies related to third-party agreements.
  • Develop and deliver training on compliance requirements for internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain records of audits and vendor performance; prepare detailed compliance reports.
  • Serve as liaison between compliance, legal, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective action.
  • Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and update programs accordingly.
  • Onboard and evaluate new providers to ensure regulatory alignment.
