Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Indiana LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Winchester, IN. This role focuses on delivering friendly service, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll receive, stock merchandise, assist with cleanliness, handle cash at the register, and protect company assets while providing a positive experience for customers and teammates. Part-time schedule with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.
