Job summary

Fossil is seeking a Third Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will observe, coach, and develop a motivated team while aligning daily actions with sales goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, brand loyalty, and professional presentation in a fashion retail setting. Candidates should have 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, with excellent communication and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
