Fossil Group, Inc. is seeking a Third Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will observe, coach, and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a premium customer experience.

You bring 1–2 years of fashion retail experience, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to Fossil's brand standards and customer satisfaction.
