Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in 8-week paid internships at Thompson Tractor/SGTC.
• Earn an Associate’s Degree in Applied Diesel Technology.
• Receive Caterpillar‑specific training and hands-on diagnostics experience.
• Graduates are offered employment opportunities at Thompson Tractor upon program completion.
