Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced ThingWorx Manufacturing Applications Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 production support for MES apps on the ThingWorx platform. You will monitor, administer and resolve incidents while coordinating across IT, OT, business and vendor teams to ensure uptime and reliability.

The role requires hands-on ThingWorx experience, strong SQL Server skills, and knowledge of SSO/SSL, OT networking, and ITIL ITSM practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting MES applications in manufacturing or regulated production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PTC ThingWorx / Velotic ThingWorx and shop-floor systems.
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and data validation skills.
  • Knowledge of SSO, SSL certificates, secure application connectivity, and OT networking.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, incident management, problem management, change management, SLA tracking, and ITIL support standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for MES applications built on ThingWorx, including monitoring, administration and incident resolution.
  • Coordinate across IT, OT, business and vendor teams to ensure robust performance and uptime.
