PAC Worldwide is seeking skilled Machine Operators for our Thermoforming Department in Phoenix. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, read work orders, load/changeover machines, and keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Able to read and interpret work orders and operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill work orders for packaging products.
• Read and interpret work orders, load and changeover machinery, and keep machines running smoothly.
• Communicate problems to supervisors in a timely manner and assist with adjustments as needed.
• Develop expertise in operating and maintaining PAC machinery with support from teams.
