Amcor LLC in Evansville, IN, seeks a production associate to monitor print quality, perform tape tests, and ensure orders meet color specifications. You will label parts, manage lot numbers, and direct scrap materials to proper boxes while maintaining safety and paperwork accuracy.

The role requires strong math, organizational skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts with good vision. You will join a team focused on quality, safety, and efficient production in a packaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to calculate part requirements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to stand 7+ hours on an 8h shift and 10.75h on a 12h shift.
• Visual acuity to read 7-point font at 12 inches; Ishihara color vision test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and insure quality print including tape tests during production.
• Compare and approve print quality within specified tri-fold color range.
• Calculate the number of parts needed to complete orders.
• Label orders sequentially and manage lot numbers per shift.
• Place completed boxes on skids and containers in totes as required.
• Place scrap materials in scrap boxes and label accordingly.
• Complete the Standard Inspection Sheet and Box Count Sheet.
• Communicate quality issues to operators and supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and adhere to safety rules.
