Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Thermoforming Machine Operator Associate I in Greenville, SC. The role starts at $22.16–$25.01 per hour, with weekly pay and a .75 shift differential. Training begins on day shift; 12-hour Continental schedule, night work 7pm–7am.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of mechanical/technical manufacturing experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plus tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment.
• Ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded.
• Perform quality measurements following SPC guideline.
• Interpret data and make necessary machine adjustments within the process control limitations.
• Operate and adjust machines within process limitations to produce plastic parts and maintain uptime.
• Identify and troubleshoot machinery repairs and generate breakdown work orders.
• Work with process technician and support staff to ensure maximum quality levels and uptime.
