Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Product Manager to drive TIM portfolio growth.
• Support pricing strategies, quotations, profitability analysis, and decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D during product development and launches.
• Bridge between technical and commercial teams to convey customer value.
• Lead material qualification, raw material optimization, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Drive localization of manufacturing and site-transfer projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop marketing and sales materials to tell the product story.
• Participate in global initiatives with colleagues from different regions.
