3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate Engineer for the Thermal Engineering Lab Testing & Equipment Qualification (GMP) at our Thousand Oaks, CA facility. This contract role supports the TES group, performing lab testing, equipment setup, and documentation per SOPs.

The candidate will operate diverse lab systems, manage budgets and inventory, schedule activities, and collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant testing programs.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of cGMP-Bio/Pharma background.
• Lab testing experience/knowledge and lab management.
• Proven written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute lab testing per test protocols in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Operate & maintain lab equipment (e.g., Vibration Systems, Environmental Chambers, Vacuum Systems).
• Manage lab budget/expense and inventory to satisfy testing demand.
• Plan and schedule all lab related activities.
• Author and revise controlled documents in the document management system.
• Conduct characterization studies for TES projects.
• Plan equipment calibration, maintenance, and lab tours as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on protocol review, change control, deviation & CAPA.
