Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience with power generation projects.
• At least 5 years in business development as a 'seller-doer'.

• Support the Project Management best practices.
• Coordinate with leadership and project teams.
• Contribute to client satisfaction through accountability.

Skills

Engineering design and construction experience with power plant projects

Project management including team leadership, resource management

Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration

Problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel

Education

B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
