Apex Technology, Inc. invites ambitious students to join a 12-week Thermal Engineering internship in Playa Vista, Los Angeles. You will work closely with the engineering team, gain hands-on experience, and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor on real spacecraft projects.

You will participate in thermal analysis activities, hands-on testing, and may assist with TVAC testing and launch support. The program emphasizes learning and professional growth within a fast-growing aerospace startup.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Spring interns should be able to pause or adjust academic commitments for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Thermal interns will learn thermal analysis on spacecraft buses and payloads and participate in hands-on testing.
• Assist with assembly and inspections of flight buses and payloads.
• Potential involvement in TVAC functional testing and launch support.
