RTX in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a senior Thermal/Mechanical engineer to lead MA&T analyses for structural integrity of missile and combat system components. You will perform hand calculations and advanced FEM studies using PATRAN/ANSYS, mentor teams, and deliver rigorous results to customers.

Raytheon Mechanical Engineering (ME) leads in mechanical hardware design, development and production of missiles, radar, sonar, torpedo and combat system equipment. The Mechanical Engineering group uses state-of the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon CORE principles. The Mechanical Analysis and Test Department (MA&T) is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of all RMD Products. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
