Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics, a division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i‑Health), seeks a part‑time Physical Therapy Technician / PSR to support therapy patients and the therapy team in Eagan. The role includes pre‑therapy exercises, patient education, scheduling, and administrative tasks in a dynamic clinic.

The position requires a High School diploma, 100 hours of related experience, and customer service skills. Preference is given to applicants pursuing PT/OT graduate programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preference for candidates applying to Physical or Occupational Therapy graduate programs, or pursuing a master's in athletic training.
• Minimum 100 hours of related experience.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in non-billable patient services by preparing patients and initiating pre-therapy exercises.
• With supervision from Therapist, guide patients through education/interventions.
• Schedule new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practices.
• Manage charts and maintain patient education materials.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families in clinic.
• Support clinician schedules and therapy space operations.
• Assist with coordination of Volunteer Intern program and intern orientation.
• Assist with check-in for fitness classes and maintain equipment spaces.
