Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a Therapy Technician to join our American Dream clinic in East Rutherford, New Jersey. You will support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment, and performing procedures under supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence while delivering 5-star customer service.
• Foster a collaborative community environment to ensure patients and team members receive care and support.
