Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Therapy Technician for our Rockville Centre clinic on Long Island. You will support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment, and performing procedures under the supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.

We value empathy, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit to ensure top patient care and a positive team environment; athletic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service.
• Collaborate with team to foster a true community environment for patients and staff.
