Job summary

Spear is seeking a Therapy Technician to support patient care in our Dumbo location. You will prepare treatment areas, gather equipment, and perform procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Athletic experience is a plus, and you will contribute to rehabilitating patients with empathy and professionalism.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Lifting loads of 5‑35 pounds: floor to waist, waist to shoulder, shoulder to overhead.
• Carrying loads of 5‑10 pounds for 40‑50 feet.
• Pushing loads of 5‑150 pounds on casters, runners or pulleys.
• Sustaining grip of 40‑50 pounds for 1‑2 minutes.
