Job summary

Monarch Medical Management is seeking a full-time Therapy Technician to join our team. This entry-level position includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to learn in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will assist chiropractors and physical therapists, prepare treatment rooms, guide patients, and support clinic operations while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Benefits include health insurance after 60 days, PTO, holidays, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience is preferred (healthcare experience a plus).

As a Therapy Technician, you'll assist in delivering therapy treatments, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help create a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chiropractors and physical therapist during therapies and exams
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness
• Direct patients and help manage clinic flow
• Administer and supervise therapies such as:
  • Cold laser
  • Spinal decompression
  • Electrotherapy
  • Hot/cold packs
  • Rehab exercises
• Communicate effectively with staff and providers
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA
• Support general clinic operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
