Job summary

OrthoVirginia Inc is seeking a Therapy Tech to support physical and hand therapists in our Virginia clinics. You will help set up exercises, assist patients under supervision, and maintain a clean, safe treatment area.

You’ll also aid in clerical duties, equipment prep, and upkeep of shared spaces, contributing to a team focused on helping patients move, heal, and thrive in an orthopedics setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient treatment and exercise setup.
• Guide patients through therapist-assigned activities under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain exercise equipment.
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas and surfaces.
• Support clerical tasks: phones, filing, stocking items.
• Perform laundry and linen restocking.

You’ll help set up exercises and equipment, guide patients through therapist‑assigned activities (under direct supervision), and keep treatment areas clean and safe.
