Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader in Parker, SD to combine clinical excellence with team leadership. You will provide hands-on patient care while guiding therapists, assistants, and technicians to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and driving continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire in this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Support staff development and performance management.
