Mass General Brigham is seeking a Per Diem Rehabilitation Aide to support therapists and patients within the Rehabilitation Department. You will assist with patient care, help maintain treatment spaces, and collaborate with Rehab staff to update therapy programs.

The role emphasizes strong patient service, medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to organize tasks in a fast-paced hospital setting. Day shift availability at 15 Parkman Street in Boston, MA.

Formación

• Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No

Responsabilidades

• Assists therapists and assistants with patient care.
• Assists in the daily upkeep of the physical environment, linen, and equipment maintenance.
• Meets regularly with Rehab staff to update therapy programs and assess effectiveness.
• Is alert for patient safety at all times.
• Cleans therapy mats daily, utilizing established departmental procedures.
• Assist the Rehabilitation Therapist with treatment as directed.
