SOL Mental Health is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to lead the clinical team in the DC Metro area. The role includes supervising licensed clinicians, maintaining a caseload, and collaborating with the Practice Manager to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold an LCSW in DC, are Board Certified Supervisors, and bring 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience with strong judgment, communication, and EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active, independent LCSW license in DC.
• Board Certified Supervisor in DC.
• 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement company and clinical policies to the therapy team.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
• Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and support.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Identify training needs for clinical team members.
• Lead case consultation sessions.
• Provide clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort; maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.
